1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ReelDeck Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
ReelDeck Studio is a link-saving and media-viewing workspace. You provide URLs to publicly available content; the Service saves those links, fetches preview metadata, and plays content through the platform's official embed system.
The Service does not host, re-stream, or store any video or audio content. All playback is delivered directly by the originating platform through its official embed API.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Save links to content you do not have the right to access
- Attempt to circumvent platform access controls or paywalls
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or aggregate platform data
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of the platforms whose content you embed (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
5. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is available on a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe. All charges are in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again but no partial-period refund is issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its code, design, and branding are owned by ReelDeck Studio. You retain ownership of any content (e.g., collection names, notes) you create within the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Embed availability depends on third-party platforms and may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will be embeddable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelDeck Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
