2. Copyright Infringement Notices

To request removal or disabling of material you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
  3. identification and location of the material you want removed or disabled, with information reasonably sufficient for us to find it;
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

We respond expeditiously to compliant notices by removing or disabling access to the identified material where appropriate.

3. Counter-Notifications

If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a written counter-notification that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;

  5. a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

We process counter-notifications and any restoration of material according to the statutory notice and timing requirements.

ReelDeck has adopted and reasonably implements a policy that provides for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may suspend or terminate accounts and disable access to material when warranted by valid copyright notices, repeat infringement, or violations of our Terms of Service.
