Platform Help
Copy links from every default ReelDeck filter.
These are the manual copy steps for the default ReelDeck filters: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, and Twitch. On mobile, look for Share first. On desktop, copying from the address bar is always a valid fallback.
YouTube
YouTube supports both browser URL copy and in-app share copying.
- Mobile app: open the video, tap Share, then tap Copy link
- Desktop: copy the video URL from the address bar
- Paste the copied link into ReelDeck
TikTok
TikTok’s in-app Share menu is the easiest way to copy the link.
- Open the TikTok video
- Tap Share
- Tap Copy link
- Open ReelDeck and paste the link
Instagram links are usually easiest to copy from the post menu or Share sheet.
- Open the Reel or post
- Use Share or the three-dot menu
- Tap Copy link
- Paste that URL into ReelDeck
Facebook videos and reels usually expose a Copy link action from the Share menu.
- Open the video or reel
- Tap or click Share
- Choose Copy link
- Paste the copied URL into ReelDeck
Vimeo
Vimeo works well from either the share action or the browser address bar.
- Open the Vimeo video
- Use Share and copy the link, or copy the browser URL
- Paste the URL into ReelDeck
Twitch
Twitch links can be copied from the share menu or from the browser tab URL.
- Open the stream, clip, or video
- Use Share and choose Copy link when available
- Or copy the full browser URL
- Paste the link into ReelDeck
If a platform changes its button labels, the fallback rule is still the same: find the Share menu first, and if that is not obvious, copy the URL directly from the browser.
Common questions
What if I cannot find Copy link in the app?
Use the Share menu first. If the app hides it, open the content in a browser and copy the address from the URL bar instead.
Do I need a different save flow for each platform?
No. The platform-specific step is only how you copy the link. Once you have the URL, the ReelDeck save step is the same for every supported filter.
